I was so surprised when a friend emailed to to say my necklace was on your blog for this week!
    I am so thrilled!

Just wanted to add (if this is ok) a link to my blog – which is

As a fairly new creator of ‘art beads’ – I am excited by your blog and the exposure and information you put out every week on the goings on in the bead scene!

A question — everybody else probably knows the answer to this, but me…
I have some seeds that I want to turn into beads. The problem – they are incredibly tough and cannot be pierced with a needle and a hammer. How do I drill holes into them? When I have asked at local bead shops, I have gotten blank stares. I know this is possible — please help!

    Thanks!
