Skye Jewels and Humblebeads

My friend Marie from More Skye Jewels sent me a beautiful array of her wooden tile pendants and charms to pair up with my Humblebeads. Of course, what better why to enhance their vintage and nature vibe than to throw in a whole lot of Vintaj components with them!

The colors are soft and muted, I love their earthiness. I like how they look layered with filigree.

Some demand a little more attention and take center stage.
I love the distressed feel of the small charms. For many of the tiles Marie will drill the holes in any configuration that you’d like, the design possibilities are endless.
I have two sample packs of charm tiles from More Skye Jewels for two lucky winners. Leave a comment answering the following question:
What type of images are your favorite for pendants?
Winners for these will be picked next Wednesday.

first just let me say i loved your pieces that you showed.. my answers
were right at the top of my mind.
the two would have to be a willow tree and the second would be a hummingbird.the reason for my choices is quite simple,my dad and i planted a willow tree when i was a kid in our front yard,my dad passed away 24yrs. ago this month,
mom loved hummingbirds, she passed away 2 yrs. ago this past may.i had not been back home since my dad passed away,we took our mom's ashes back to California,i made my brother go by our old house, and there she stood, still mydad's and my willow tree.as for the hummingbirds,my mom's love for them passed on to me i collect them, and i think of her everytime i look at one.thanks for the chance to win some very beautiful pieces.
    sincerely,

These pendants are outstanding and creative, real eye-catchers! The possibilities are endless using these. I would love the opportunity to own them.
My favorite type of pendants are ones that are one-of-a-kind, unique pieces.
I cut out a portion of my daughter's wedding invitation which had gold stars, put it in a bezel and finished it off with the liquid resin mixture, then attached a star charm for movement and fun.

I don't have a particular favourite. What appeals is the jewellery piece as a whole. The pendant just has to be harmoniously suited with the accompanying elements. The pendants featured in this post are all lovely.
