Featured Designer – Vena Yvonne

Each Monday the Art Bead Scene features the Designer of the Week. One of our editors picks her favorite from the Monthly Challenge entries. This week’s featured designer is Vena Yvonne!

 Here is what ABS editor, Shannon Levart had to say about this week’s design, “Although named an entirely different flower, this magical cuff bracelet contains the same hazy blue as the painting by Sargent. The layers of handcrafted polymer flowers repeats the layers of lilies in the painting and gives the cuff the same garden feel. Even the attached crystals glow with the same light of the lanterns! This is a lovely piece, Vena, I hope to see more of your work submitted to the challenges!”

    This is very sweet! Makes me long for Spring even more … which this week is right around the corner! Temps in the low 60's predicted for my part of Maryland!

    I love the shape of the petal as if they are blown by the winds.. great color choice it works well with the copper…
