10th Day of Christmas – Procrastinators’ Pendants

What, not you? You didn’t wait until the last minute and now you need several gifts in a hurry? Bust out your art bead stash and 1mm leather cord to whip up a pile of pendants faster than you can sing Winter Wonderland!

You’ll need 36” of 1mm leather cord, a charm or pendant and a ceramic bead with a larger hole for each pendant.

1. Fold the cord in half to form a loop, push the loop through the hole on the charm. Pull the cord up through the loop to form a larks knot. Watch a tutorial here.

2. On both cords string on the ceramic bead. Tie a knot with both cords together.

3. Create sliding knots on the end of the cords. Watch a tutorial here.

Tip: If the is leather is curling too much. Get it slightly damp, straighten it with your fingers several times. Hang to dry.
